  • skin imbalances

  • persistent fatigue

  • joint discomfort

  • support of overall wellness and longevity

This work considers your unique inherent constitution and current imbalances, and supports the body’s natural capacity for balance over time with sustainable shifts.

This process is guided by the principles of Ayurveda.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of healing that provides a framework to maintain or restore a balanced state of health. Its name stems from "ayuh," meaning "life" or "longevity," and "veda," representing "knowledge" or "science." Thus, Ayurveda can be translated as “the science of longevity.”

In Ayurveda, there is no one-size-fits-all path to wellness. What nourishes one person may destabilize another. I work with you to honor your unique reality, crafting a wellness plan that integrates diet, daily routines, lifestyle adjustments, and herbs specifically for your constitution. My goal is to help you restore your body’s natural intelligence and ultimately sustain balance on your own terms.

Inspire your body's natural intelligence.

Each individual has an inherent state of balance that feels like "home." Over time, the choices we make and life’s demands can pull us away from that baseline, leading to the health patterns and discomforts that bring you here today.

Ayurveda tells us that nothing is random. By understanding the root cause - rather than just the symptoms - we can create a roadmap to help you feel like yourself again. I partner with clients who are ready to move past quick fixes to support their long-term health, vitality, and resilience.

  • I am a Doctor of Ayurveda based in Santa Fe, NM, serving clients both in-person at my office in the Lena Street Lofts as well as virtually via telehealth consultations.

Before embarking on my Ayurvedic path, I graduated from New York University and spent 11 years in the world of corporate finance. I understand the unique pressures of a high-performance lifestyle firsthand; it was my own experience with health challenges in that environment that eventually impelled me to leave New York City and seek a path that inspired true wellness, balance, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.

This journey landed me in India for six months of self-study and integration of Ayurveda into my own wellness journey.

During this time, I was fortunate to shadow Sudhirbhai Pandya, an Ayurvedic Doctor in Gujarat, India.

Seeing the profound impact of these ancient therapies on physical and emotional health, combined with the transformative experience of having incorporated Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle practices into my own life, inspired me to formally dive deep into the science.

I returned to the US and studied with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico. His teachings beautifully integrate the classical principles of Ayurveda with the realities of a modern Western lifestyle.

Through the lens of the doshas, elements, digestive fire, etc - Ayurveda had the answers to the health mysteries that Western medical practitioners couldn’t solve. It helped me understand the root cause of my imbalance and provided the framework to inspire my body’s natural intelligence to heal.

Today, I am passionate about utilizing this centuries old wisdom of Ayurveda to support others on their own wellness journeys. I feel that this is a profound part of my dharma, or my purpose, in this lifetime.

Upon completing my Doctor of Ayurveda program in Asheville, I was called back to the “Land of Enchantment” to serve the New Mexico community and beyond.

Whether you visit me in person or connect with me via telehealth, my goal is to help you find the same balance and clarity that Ayurveda brought to my life.

Why ‘Ananta?’

Ananta is the Sanskrit word for that which is limitless, infinite, & boundless.

Ananta is a quality of Brahman, the absolute reality of universal Consciousness, and Atman, the individual self.

It is eternal and cannot be destroyed. The essence of Ananta embodies the limitless potential of the healing power of Ayurveda and the journey towards your highest self.

Occasionally used to refer to “sky,” the name Ananta was inspired by the vast horizons of the New Mexico landscape.
